We only collect what you choose to send us. When you complete an enquiry form on this site, that means:
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or profiling on this site.
Our forms do not post to a database. Submitting one opens your own email application with the details filled in, and the message is sent from your email account to ours. That means your email provider handles the message in transit, under their own terms.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange your trip. If you book, we share only what is necessary with the lodges, guides, park authorities, and transport providers involved in your itinerary. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority in the traveller’s name, so passport details are required at the point of booking.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept while they are still useful for following up, and deleted after that. Booking records are kept for as long as we are required to for accounting and tax purposes.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email lakegeorgesafarislimited@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the European Union, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR give you additional rights, including the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
